Happy New Year
2024 is finishing on a high.
Over the past few days since Boxing Day I've dealt with enquiries, carried out an onsite apapraisal, and the agency website has had an unprecedented number of views.
The major real estate portals have always advised that contrary to the belief of many, this is actually a good time to be listing a property for sale, as people use their leisure time to research potential property purchases. There is still time to take advantage of this holiday period if you're considering selling. The office is closed tomorrow, New Year's Day, but otherwise available.
